Here’s a video Nick made that shows him building the produce stand build. It took us a long time to decided on a design. We wanted to make it eye-catching and mobile. We also needed it to provide some shade. Nick was adamant that we needed something unique.

This trailer was a hand-me-down, something Nick is very familiar with as the youngest of six. He decided to repurpose this construction trailer. One of the biggest challenges: creating ergonomic shelves around the steel frame. He later added ply-wood backing with chalk paint and a built-in cooler, which keeps the temperature-sensitive vegetables out of the sun.
