Mowed the spring cover crop & tarped; then seeded our summer cover crops of buckwheat & sunn hemp after taking out our spring crops
Closed in on weeding the violets from the beds
Built the greens bubbler & washing machine salad spinner for the wash-pack area
Lots of sleepy bees during the day & sleepy humans at night
