May was filled with construction projects — the walk-in cooler and raised beds for herbs took priority — and we knocked them out!
This month is also packed with tons of planting of our summer crops because the last chance of frost passes by around the second week of May. We also planted 40 blueberry plants and a spring cover crop of oats & peas in 20 beds for our fall plants.
