We were really excited to debut our brand new "Quick-cut Greens Harvester.” It’s a reciprocating blade attached to a cordless drill that provides a clean cut for some of our baby greens. The rolling brush sweeps the leaves into the basket.

It’s so much faster than harvesting by hand. Although it’s a little awkward to use, we’re confident that we’ll get the swing of it and be able to increase our production of baby kale and arugula in the coming seasons. We wanted to test it in the off-season to practice and learn.
